AI Features
No. Both kits work without AI. The AI features are optional add-ons for people who want to automate drafts and summaries.
Time Commitment
DIY kits: 20–45 minutes to set up, ~15 minutes/week to maintain.
Setup Sprint: One week. You'll need a 45-minute kickoff call, time to provide inputs by Day 2, and a review session on Day 5.
Tools
Google Sheets for the core system. AI features use tools like ChatGPT or Claude (optional). No paid software required.
Setup Sprint
One kit configured to your business, real data loaded, a weekly routine installed, and a Loom walkthrough with a 1-page guide. 10 hours of build time, capped.
Migrations, data cleanup, custom integrations, multi-tool automations, bespoke AI bots, or training multiple team members.
Payment
The kickoff call is free. If we agree to proceed, payment (€500) is due before implementation begins.
